Steven Zakharia

Steven Zakharia is a design engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently employed at Yellow Jacket Oil Tools since November 2018, Zakharia focuses on designing, developing, and testing new products for down hole applications. Previously, Zakharia served as a design engineer at Dril-Quip from June 2013 to October 2018, leading multiple new product developments for down-hole tools and managing project deadlines and personnel. Zakharia's earlier role as a plant engineer at DuPont involved conducting engineering activities to enhance plant efficiency and utilizing advanced technical knowledge in equipment mechanics. Zakharia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Subsea Engineering from the University of Houston, attained between 2008 and 2013.
