Susanna Rahkamo

Susanna Rahkamo is a co-founder of Yellow Method, a creativity analytics and training company established in October 2021. With extensive experience as a leadership consultant at Maxilla Oy since August 1992, Susanna has a background in enhancing organizational performance. Previously, Susanna chaired the Development Commission for the International Skating Union from October 2016 to June 2022, focusing on improving the quality of skaters, coaches, and officials. Other roles include serving on the Board of Directors at Enfo from May 2018 to May 2020, and being a senior partner and consultant at Pertec Consulting Oy until August 2019. Susanna's career began as a professional athlete, achieving World Silver in Ice Dancing and competing internationally. Educationally, Susanna holds a PhD from Aalto University and an MSc in Food Science and Economics from the University of Helsinki.
