Toni Hardisty

Toni Hardisty is an accomplished distiller with extensive experience in the spirits industry, currently serving as a Distiller at YELLOW ROSE DISTILLING LLC since August 2023. Previously, Toni held the position of Head Distiller at William Price Distilling Company from March 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing distillery operations, product development, and quality control, along with creating award-winning products such as Oak Forest Gin and Coffee Liqueur. Toni's background also includes significant research experience as a PhD researcher in Analytical Chemistry at Imperial College London, alongside co-founding an allergen detection start-up and consulting across various industries. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Biology and a Master of Research (MRes) in Chemical Biology from Imperial College London.
