Angelique Pavajeau

Angelique Pavajeau is the Human Resources Director at YellowPepper. She is a psychologist, coach, trainer and Human Resources expert who works closely with the organization’s leaders to develop HR initiatives that support the overall goals of the organization.

Responsible for managing human resources programs, including: a) talent acquisition and recruitment, b) retention, c) organizational climate and culture, d) learning and development, e) payroll and health care benefits, f) safety and health and g) employee relations. Before joining YellowPepper, she worked in human resources roles in different industries from the pharmaceutical industry to tech-based industries.

Angelique holds a Master's Degree in Coaching and Leadership from the University of Barcelona.
