Yannish Ramloll ACIM

Yannish Ramloll ACIM has a diverse work experience in the sales and business development field. Yannish started their career at Hospitality Plus (Africa & Indian Ocean) in 2016 as an intern. In 2017, they interned at Luxe Voyage. Yannish then joined Emtel in 2018 as a Business Development Trainee, where they identified sales opportunities, conducted outbound prospecting and cold calling, and visited customers to understand their requirements. Yannish also managed the sales pipeline, prepared proposals, and provided project management for complex solution deployments. Additionally, Yannish acted as a single point of contact for customers and liaised with internal departments to address customer queries. Yannish continued to excel at Emtel and was promoted to the role of Account Manager in 2019. Currently, Yannish is employed at Yellowpop, where they hold an Inbound Sales position starting in 2022.

Yannish Ramloll ACIM has a comprehensive education history in the field of marketing. In 2013 and 2014, Yannish attended the Royal College of Port Louis, obtaining A Levels. Following this, from 2015 to 2018, Yannish pursued a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree with a specialization in Marketing and International Business at Monash University Malaysia.

Continuing the educational journey, Yannish joined CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. From 2021 to 2022, Yannish completed the CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing, focusing on Marketing. This was followed by enrolling in the CIM Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing from 2022 to 2023.

Yannish also obtained various certifications to enhance expertise in the field. These certifications include "Creating Entrepreneurial Change," "Global Marketing Decisions," "Diploma in Professional Marketing," "The Digital Customer Experience," and "Innovation in Marketing," all from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Additionally, Yannish acquired a certification in "Marketing and Digital Strategy" from the same institution.

Furthermore, Yannish obtained a certification in "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills" from the University of Michigan. Yannish's commitment to professional development is demonstrated through the achievement of a "CIM ACIM Member" certification from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
