Bira Thanabalasingam

Bira Thanabalasingam is currently the Directeur at Davinci Conclusion, where they lead a team of approximately 45 employees and are responsible for P&L. They have developed and implemented a strategic plan including their own guiding model, the "P5 model," and achieved a significant improvement in employee satisfaction. In addition, Bira serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Digital Business and Innovation program at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, providing guidance on adapting to new developments in the field. They also hold the position of Senior Director at Yellowtail, where they have been involved in creating innovative divisions and contributing to multiple successful digital transformations.
