Prior to Yelp, Chad spent six years at Apple as Senior Director of Worldwide Product Marketing focused on Apple’s operating systems and internet services. Prior to Apple, he cofounded and was CEO of Simple Star, a photo and video software and services company that was acquired by Roxio. Chad was hired by Macromedia as Executive Producer and helped to spin out online entertainment portal Shockwave.com which was acquired by MTV Networks. Earlier in his career, he was cofounder and CEO of Soundz.com and All-Info. Chad studied Economics and Japanese at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
