Charles Till

Charles Till is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in technology leadership and startup development. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Yelp since March 2022, Charles previously founded Pullo, where a SaaS communications tool MVP was developed. As the Chief Technology Officer at MIACAR from July 2019 to November 2020, Charles contributed to building a grocery e-commerce startup and managed a distributed team of 30 engineers and data scientists. Charles co-founded Asimov Technologies GmbH, creating an on-premise tool to identify patients with rare diseases, and served as Tech Lead for Solarpotential, a SaaS tool for estimating solar panel suitability, before its acquisition by ewz. Earlier in the career, Charles held roles at ETH Zurich as a Software Engineer and Teaching Assistant, and interned in private equity at HRJ Capital. Charles earned BSc and MSc degrees in Applied Physics from ETH Zürich and studied as an exchange student at the University of Pennsylvania in 2013.
