Jeff Hammond is an accomplished professional in corporate development and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Business & Corporate Development at Yelp since February 2020, where responsibilities include commercial strategy for the b2b data licensing business and corporate development/M&A activities. Previous experience includes roles as Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development at Lion, where significant acquisitions included New Belgium Brewery and various national craft breweries and wineries. Jeff also served as Vice President in Merchant Banking at First Republic Bank, providing advisory and private credit investments to mini-major film studios, and held positions in corporate and investment banking at CIT and as an analyst at KGI Advisors. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, as well as an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Redlands.
