Shana Lacava

Shana LaCava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and account management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Solutions at Yelp since October 2021. In this role, Shana develops insights and strategies to enhance campaign performance, guides media and creative initiatives, and fosters long-term relationships that add value to the company. Prior to Yelp, Shana held the position of Director of Project Management at Investis Digital, overseeing significant client projects and leading a team of project managers to align campaigns with client goals. Shana's career also includes a range of roles at NYSE, where compliance and educational solutions were managed for Fortune 500 clients, as well as educational mentorship positions at the University of Arizona and various youth organizations. Shana holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
