Lily Paemka

Lily Paemka MPhil, PhD is a lecturer at the University of Ghana and the Head of Genetics at Yemaachi Biotech. Lily is also the Founder of the Nufu Festival, an annual Breast Festival aimed at raising breast cancer awareness in Ghanaian women. Lily also serves as the Co-Coordinator of the Genetics Program at the University of Ghana WACCBIP. With a background in genetic research, Lily has worked as a Post-doctoral Research Fellow in Ghana and at the University of Iowa. Lily holds a PhD in Genetics from the University of Iowa, an MPhil in Entomology from the University of Ghana, and a BSc in Zoology from the University of Ghana.
