Tuğçe Kartalkanat has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Starting from 2023, they are currently working at Yemeksepeti as the Head of Strategy, where they are responsible for strategic planning and implementation. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Strategy & Transformation Manager at the same company.

From 2021 to 2023, Tuğçe worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, where they gained valuable experience in strategy and problem-solving.

Before that, they worked at Enerjisa Üretim from 2017 to 2021, first as a Strategy and Business Development Specialist, and later as a Senior Strategy and M&A Specialist.

From 2015 to 2017, Tuğçe worked at Enerjisa, initially as a Strategy and Business Development Specialist, and later as an Origination Specialist.

Tuğçe also has experience in the renewable energy sector, having worked as a Sales and Project Manager at Dalkıran Solar Yenilenebilir Enerji Elektrik Taahhüt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. from 2014 to 2015.

Furthermore, Tuğçe gained experience as a Project Engineer at BELECTRIC KULOĞLU GÜNEŞ ELEKTRİK SANTRALLARI TEKNOLOJİSİ A.Ş. from 2013 to 2014, where they were involved in turnkey PV projects.

Tuğçe started their career as an intern at Aselsan A.Ş. in 2010 and Havelsan A.Ş. in 2009, both of which are reputable defense and technology companies.

Throughout their career, Tuğçe has developed a strong background in strategy, business development, and project management, especially in the energy and consulting sectors.

Tuğçe Kartalkanat obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Koç University in the years 2018-2020. In 2019, they also pursued an MBA program at IE Business School, focusing on the topic of Europe at a Crossroads. Prior to their Master's education, Tuğçe completed their undergraduate studies at Bilkent University from 2007 to 2011, majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they attended Bilkent University's School of English Language in 2006-2007 and completed their high school education at Çağrıbey Anadolu Lisesi from 2002 to 2006.
