Sedat Pancarcı

Sedat Pancarci is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in corporate accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Accounting at Yenigün İnşaat A.Ş. since May 2018, Sedat oversees all financial operations, ensures compliance with legal standards, and conducts audits in accordance with IFRS. Prior to this role, Sedat was the Finance & Administration Manager (CFO) at SICIM YUKSEL AKKORD JV, managing accounting and finance systems for a significant international project. Sedat's career also includes valuable experience as a Financial Controller & Tax Audit Manager at Yuksel Construction Co., where work involved Eurobond issuance and financial modeling. Beginning in finance at Zafer Construction, Sedat held multiple positions that laid a strong foundation for a career in financial management. Sedat holds an MBA in International Finance from Çankaya Üniversitesi and a degree from Gazi University.
