Jesper Smolders

Jesper Smolders is an experienced finance consultant currently working at YER since September 2019, focusing on new business development and key account management while advising clients on recruitment challenges related to Financial Accounting & Control professionals. Previously, Jesper held roles as Supervisor of Direct Sales & Retentie at de Persgroep Nederland and as Supervisor KCC at Wegener Media BV, along with experiences as a quality officer and trainer in customer contact centers. Jesper earned a Master of Science in Marketing Management from Tilburg University and an HBO diploma in Commerciële Economie from Fontys University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Jesper completed a Master Thesis project with Brainport Development, analyzing the association behavior of VMBO students in Southeast Brabant.
