Maike Schoonwater

Maike Schoonwater is an experienced recruitment consultant currently employed at YER since June 2021, where the focus is on matching professionals with leading companies across various sectors. Prior to this role, Maike worked as a recruiter and project manager at Exxellence from July 2019 to June 2021, facilitating connections between data and organizations. Previous experience includes administrative roles at Kersten Hulpmiddelenspecialist, Gorilla Wear, and the National Police, as well as positions in hospitality and retail. Maike holds a degree in Facility Management from Saxion Hogeschool Deventer and previously completed a HAVO in Economics and Society at Montessori College Twente.
