Max Leermakers

Max Leermakers has a diverse background in human resources and research consultancy, currently serving as a Stagiair at Crowe Foederer since August 2023. Previously, Max worked as a Senior Research Consultant at YER starting in June 2022 and held a position in Human Resources at Belounge Spain from February 2023 to June 2023, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of HR systems and protocols, as well as absence management. Prior experience includes working as an SMD Operator at Neways Electronics International NV from September 2017 to August 2018. Max is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in human resources management at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, expected to graduate in 2024, and has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Integrale veiligheidkunde at Avans University of Applied Sciences in June 2019.
