Miriam Nieuwenburg

Miriam Nieuwenburg is a legal professional specializing in environmental law, currently serving as a Jurist omgevingsrecht at YER and AROM since October 2023 and January 2025, respectively. Previously, Miriam gained experience at Wolters Kluwer Schulinck as a jurist omgevingsrecht and junior vakredacteur, contributing to the development of the Schulinck Omgevingsrecht knowledge database. Other roles include working at the Belastingdienst as a behandelaar tijdelijke tegemoetkoming and a juridisch medewerker, as well as providing labor law advice at DAS. Miriam's academic background includes a Master in Law with a focus on Contract and Liability Law from Tilburg University and a Bachelor of Laws from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
