Sara Rassi has extensive work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Sara has held various roles in multiple companies throughout their career.

Starting in 1997, Sara began their career as an Intern at America Online. Sara then moved on to NPO Direct Marketing, where they started as a Marketing Assistant and eventually became an Account Representative, managing campaigns for clients such as the Norton Museum of Art and the Houston Zoo.

In 2005, Sara joined L&E Meridian as an Account Executive, handling production management for direct mail projects. Sara was later promoted to Deputy Director of Account Services, where they provided strategic project planning and served as a liaison to Research and Development.

In 2012, Sara joined LeapFrog Solutions, a Yes& company, as an Account Manager for FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Sara was then promoted to Senior Account Manager, leading a team of 5 and coordinating with external partners. Finally, they became an Account Director, managing a $75 million contract and overseeing both internal and external teams.

In 2018, Sara joined Yes& Agency as an Account Supervisor, advocating for clients and supporting them through strategy development and content creation. Sara was promoted to Director of Account Services, providing strategic, content, and project management support for non-profit, government, and commercial clients. Sara also played a role in establishing standard practices and defining the client experience.

Currently, Sara holds the position of Vice President of Account Services at Yes& Agency, where they provide leadership and training across Agile and Account Management activities. Sara serves as a resource for their colleagues and continues to support clients with their expertise.

Sara Rassi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business. Sara also holds various certifications, including a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, an Unconscious Bias certification from LinkedIn, a Delegating Tasks certification from LinkedIn, a Be the Manager People Won't Leave certification from LinkedIn, an Inbound certification from HubSpot, a Hopin Certification from Hopin, and a Certified Agency Account Executive certification from Second Wind.
