Aditya Deshpande

Aditya Deshpande is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital banking and strategic management across various organizations. Currently serving as EVP & Segment Head for Startups and Emerging Corporates at YES BANK since January 2019, Aditya has previously held senior positions focusing on product strategy and alliances at Faircent.com and Catalyst: Inclusive Cashless Payment Partnership. With a strong background in project management and lending product development at GREX Alternative Investments Market, Aditya has successfully designed IT solutions and onboarded multiple lenders. Aditya co-founded the Open Incubator Network and has contributed to educational initiatives in entrepreneurship at Indira School of Business Studies. Aditya's educational qualifications include a PGDM in Operations and a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
