Gaurav Goel

Gaurav Goel is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector, primarily focusing on startup, fintech, and MSME banking. Currently serving as the National Head for Start Up/ Fintech & New Economy Business at YES BANK since April 2012, Gaurav leads initiatives across six key locations in India, fostering engagement with the startup and investor ecosystem. Previous roles at YES BANK include Senior President for MSME Banking and Start Up/Technology Business and Regional Business Leader for South India. Prior to YES BANK, Gaurav worked at India Exim Bank, managing relationships with SMEs, mid-corporates, and providing structured credit. Gaurav's career began at State Bank of India, overseeing SME and retail lending in North India. Educational qualifications include a PGPX from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an MBA from the University of Warwick, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DCRUST Murthal.
