Nisha Ranjan

Nisha Ranjan (Wadhwa) currently serves as the Segment Head of Credit Risk Policy at YES BANK since May 2024. Prior to this role, Nisha was the National Risk Manager for Secured and Unsecured at L&T Finance from July 2023 to April 2024. Nisha’s extensive experience includes serving as Vice President of Credit Policy and Risk Management at SMFG India Credit from August 2018 to June 2023, and as Assistant Vice President of Credit Policy at Axis Bank from December 2013 to July 2018. Earlier in the career, Nisha held the position of Manager in Credit & Underwriting at HDFC Bank from December 2005 to December 2013, and began as a Credit Analyst at GECIS in 2003. Nisha holds a degree from Kurukshetra University, completed between 2000 and 2002.
