Seema Bhatia has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Regional Head Business HR at YES BANK since January 2010. In various roles at YES BANK, including VP of Human Capital Management and Branch Manager, Seema has focused on driving branch targets, ensuring compliance, and implementing effective branch strategies. Prior to YES BANK, Seema worked at Axis Bank as Manager Operations, overseeing branch operations and establishing quality controls. Seema holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Jammu, completed between 2000 and 2002.
