Sughosh Nagendra

Sughosh Nagendra serves as the Chief of Strategy & Technology Transformation at YES BANK since September 2021, focusing on organizational change, growth initiatives, and change management. Prior to this role, Sughosh was the Group Head of Technology Operations at First Abu Dhabi Bank from June 2019 to September 2021, overseeing technology operations for one of the largest banks in the UAE. Sughosh held the position of Chief Technology Officer at RBL Bank from December 2017 to May 2019, emphasizing customer-centric banking services. Additional experience includes leadership roles at UBS, Allstate, Barclays, and major technology firms HCL Technologies, WIPRO Technologies, and TCS. Sughosh earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, University of Mysore, from 1992 to 1996.
