Swarupananda Mallick has extensive experience in banking operations, currently serving as the Country Head of Operations for Emerging Branch Banking at YES BANK since December 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing retail branch operations and service delivery for 400 rural branches across India, contributing to strategic objectives and business plans. Swarupananda has previously held key roles including National Head of the Complaints Management Team and Regional Business Service and Compliance Leader, with experience leading service delivery for branches in Mumbai and the Eastern region of India. Prior roles at Axis Bank, IDBI Bank, IndusInd Bank, and Federal Bank encompass a range of operational leadership and management responsibilities, emphasizing customer service, compliance, and process optimization.
