Justin Frank Polgar is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry leader with extensive experience in the functional food and beverage sector. As the Chief Executive Officer of YES Cacao since October 2010, Polgar has been instrumental in building a direct-to-consumer business focused on product development, formulation, and quality assurance, with a specialization in healthy chocolate. Additionally, Polgar serves as the Minister of Chocolate for Yes Cacao, promoting chocolate products that leverage the functional properties of various botanical ingredients. Previously, Polgar held sales roles at Parc Tile and Homeschool Magazine.com, and owned a custom food service, Lettuce Turnip the Beets.
