Audra DiPadova Wilford has a long and varied work experience. Audra is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Yes Collective, a company transforming mental healthcare for parents. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Hope Officer of MaxLove Project from 2011 to 2020, a nonprofit organization with a mission to increase the quality of life and reduce health risks for all children surviving cancer. From 2014 to 2020, they were a Nutrition Board Member for Sapphire At School and an Advisory Board Member for Cloud B from 2012 to 2020. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Director of Student Development at Saddleback College. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Programs Manager at UCLA's Office of Outreach, Diversity, and Fellowships in the Graduate Division. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Associate Director of the Women's Leadership Program at Mount St. Mary's College. Finally, from 2003 to 2005, they were the Complex Director & Community Assistant at Teachers College, Columbia University.

Audra DiPadova Wilford has a diverse educational background. Audra began their studies at Scottsdale Community College in 1996-1997, where they earned a Certificate in Culinary Arts. Audra then attended Arizona State University from 1998-2002, graduating with a BA in Political Science. In 2003-2005, they attended Teachers College, Columbia University, where they earned an MA in Philosophy & Education. Most recently, in 2018, they completed a Certification in Functional Medicine Health Coach from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy Inc.
