Cesar Cedillos, DBA, MBA, currently serves as Deputy Chief of Operations at YES Prep Public Schools since August 2022 and holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Management at the University of Houston-Downtown and Louisiana Tech University, where creative lessons and curriculum are designed for diverse student groups.
