Kiara Hughes is the Director of Organizational Strategy, Initiatives, and Culture at YES Prep Public Schools. Kiara also serves as a Leadership Facilitator at The Holdsworth Center and is the Founder of KH Strategies LLC. Kiara has a strong background in education management, policy research, and analysis, with experience at organizations such as The Boston Consulting Group and Advance Illinois. Kiara holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, a Master of Education from The Broad Center, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University.
