Ashley Phelps PhD, CCHP has extensive experience in behavioral health programs, with a focus on providing clinical excellence and advancement in BH programming. As the Vice President of Behavioral Health Programs at YesCare, Ashley oversees the implementation and evaluation of customer-focused services. With a background in forensic evaluation, Ashley has also managed regional behavioral health programs at Armor Health and Corizon Health, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and regulations. Ashley holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Capella University and has a Master's in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Wichita State University.
