Latoya Attis

Latoya Attis, PhD, LMSW, CASAC-T, MFT, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ThrivEnvironment Consulting LLC, where innovative mental health and wellness services are developed to support college students in a stigma-free environment. Serving as a Clinical Associate Professor and Field Placement Coordinator for MFT/MHC Programs at Yeshiva University, Latoya Attis leads clinical training and has established the Gottman Intervention Practice Lab. Previously, extensive experience included roles such as Associate Director of Doctoral Academic Advising & Advocacy and Program Administrator, where Latoya Attis implemented equity-driven advising strategies to enhance student success. Additionally, Latoya Attis has contributed to academia through teaching at Iona University and has a diverse background in student services and mental health counseling, supported by multiple advanced degrees from reputable institutions.
