Nick Fore

Nick Fore is currently serving as the Regional Real Estate Development Manager at Yesway since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Development/Account Manager and Development Manager at Cross Development from October 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities involved site selection and analysis regarding zoning and development issues. Previous to that, Nick was a Real Estate Representative at Speedway LLC from April 2019 to October 2020, focusing on site evaluation and approval processes. Earlier experience includes a Project Manager position at Land Development Consultants from May 2015 to April 2019, managing project activities and stakeholder communications. Nick began a career in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Boatswains Mate from 2004 to 2008. Academically, Nick holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Business Administration from Ottawa University, along with an AS in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati.
