Srirang Srikantha

Srirang Srikantha has an extensive work experience spanning over several organizations. Srirang began their career in 1999 as an Associate Consultant at Oracle Financial Services Software, where they streamlined the reporting function for a commercial bank and developed relationships that led to additional business opportunities. Srirang later served as a Sales Manager in the Middle East, leading business development initiatives for financial services technology transformation projects. Srirang then took on the role of Senior Sales Manager in the Caribbean, focusing on the Caribbean market.

After their time at Oracle, Srirang joined Deloitte Consulting as a Summer Associate in 2008. Srirang then joined KPMG India as a Manager, where they served as a Project Manager for the entry of a European auto finance firm into India, conducted competency assessments for a large IT services firm, and supported the India entry strategies for multiple financial institutions.

Srirang's next career move took him to Aon Hewitt Consulting, where they worked as an Associate before moving on to Yethi Technologies LLC as the Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Prior to their current role, they also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Yethi Consulting, a firm specializing in improving the quality of enterprise applications in the BFSI space.

Lastly, Srirang also has experience as an independent Director of Consulting and as a Chief Executive Officer at Yethi Technologies LLC. Throughout their career, Srirang has demonstrated expertise in technology, consulting, sales, and business development.

Srirang Srikantha holds an MBA degree in Business from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, which was obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, studying from 1995 to 1999.
