Alex Rittenberry

Alex Rittenberry started their career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Google in 2013. They then became a University Technical Sourcer, working on a team that recruited college students for software engineering and tech opportunities. In 2015, they joined SunPower Corporation as a Recruiting Specialist, where they focused on expanding university relations and diversity programs. They also supported the recruiting team by sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.

In 2016, Alex moved to Bazaarvoice as a Recruiting Specialist, responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts and achieving high offer acceptance rates. They also played a role in increasing outreach and partnerships through D&I resources and Boolean search strings. In 2017, they became a Recruiter at Bazaarvoice, leading recruiting efforts for client services, advertising, marketing, and revenue organizations.

Alex then joined Medallia in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Manager. They were responsible for recruiting 1,800+ non-tech employees globally and played a role in the company's expansion in Austin. They successfully increased hiring volume year over year and were involved in the growth of the company's Inside Sales hub. They left Medallia in 2021 to be a stay-at-home parent.

From 2022 to 2023, Alex worked at Salesforce as a Senior Recruiter for Tableau. They focused on closing sales roles in the financial services and insurance verticals. During their time at Salesforce, they exceeded pipelining goals and consistently ranked among the top three in pipelining numbers.

Currently, Alex is a Recruiter at YETI, starting in 2023.

Alex Rittenberry has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition, they have obtained a Black Belt in Internet Recruitment from Social Talent in March 2017.
