Bill Neff

Bill Neff has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bill is currently the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Customer Experience at YETI since May 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President Marketing - EMEA at YETI from June 2022 to May 2023. Bill also held the positions of Vice President, Bags and Apparel; Vice President, Consumer Marketing; Senior Director Brand Marketing; and Marketing Director at YETI from 2019 to 2022. Before joining YETI, Bill was the Director of Community Marketing at YETI from November 2015 to February 2017. Bill also held a position as a Board Member at Outdoor Foundation since August 2022.

In addition to their roles at YETI and Outdoor Foundation, Bill Neff previously worked at SITKA Gear as a Category Marketer for Whitetail/Waterfowl from May 2014 to November 2015. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Marketing at Diab Importers LLC, 901 Tequila from July 2009 to May 2014. Bill also gained experience at Under Armour, where they held the positions of Director Sports Marketing, Senior Manager Sports Marketing, and Team Sales Manager- Collegiate from 2003 to 2009. Bill started their career as an Assistant Buyer at May Department Stores in 1998.

Bill Neff attended De Smet Jesuit High School, graduating in 1993. Bill then went on to study at Truman State University from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
