Catalina Condon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Catalina is currently a Senior Program Manager at YETI since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at McCann Worldgroup from 2019 to 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Catalina managed the Microsoft account and led the largest product launch for Windows 11 across multiple global markets. Catalina also oversaw comprehensive operational plans for clients like Cigna, Nespresso, U.S. Bank, and New Business.

Before their time at McCann Worldgroup, Catalina worked at JWT from 2014 to 2019, initially as a Project Manager and later as an Account Manager. Catalina managed projects for clients such as Rolex, Puma, Four Seasons, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Dannon, Kellogg's, and others. Their responsibilities included leading the creative development process, managing internal processes for various advertising mediums, and prioritizing simultaneous projects with multi-million dollar scopes.

Catalina's earlier experiences include roles at Viacom, MTV, Converse, Paramount Pictures, Commercial Finance Association, 914 Inc., and Primary Wave Media. Catalina Condon obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Pace University. In addition, they have acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2021, Catalina completed the "Brand Management: Aligning Business, Brand and Behavior" course at Coursera. Prior to that, in 2019, they obtained a certification in "Article Writing, Level I Intensive" from the Gotham Writers Workshop. In 2016, they earned a Foundation Certificate from the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising), and in 2010, they underwent Leadership Training at Dale Carnegie.
