Clare Duffy

Clare Duffy has a diverse work experience in the field of industrial design. Clare'smost recent role was as a Senior Industrial Designer at YETI, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Peloton Interactive as an Industrial Designer III from 2021 to 2023. Clare also held the position of Senior Industrial Designer at Precor from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for designing and developing fitness equipment. At Precor, they also served as a Co-Chair on the company's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Counsel. Before Precor, Clare held the role of Senior Industrial Designer/Strategy Consultant at Hero Sportz from 2020 to 2021. Clare began their career as an Industrial Designer at Motiv Design from 2014 to 2018. Clare has also gained experience through various internship and freelance roles at companies such as Conduit Projects and SpineFrontier. Clare has also worked as an Office Manager at Mission Realty Advisors and as a Solidworks Teacher's Assistant at Massachusetts College of Art. Clare's earliest experience was as a Display Designer at Yes.Oui.Si. Art Gallery from 2011 to 2012. Throughout their career, Clare has demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and has a passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations.

Clare Duffy completed their primary and secondary education at Leonardtown High School from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a specialization in Industrial and Product Design at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 2009 to 2013.
