Jon Irwin

National Sales Manager at YETI

Jon Irwin has had a diverse range of roles and experiences throughout their career. Jon most recently worked at YETI as the National Sales Manager. Prior to that, they were a Small Business Consultant at Irwin Commercial Consulting, where they provided business expertise and scalable solutions for small businesses. Jon also served as the President & CEO of the Canadian Sporting Goods Association.

Earlier in their career, Jon held various positions at Geox, Under Armour, Salomon, and adidas. At Geox, they were the Country Manager for the Canadian subsidiary, leading retail, wholesale, and e-commerce business strategies. At Under Armour, they were the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy and Director of Sales, responsible for sales, merchandising, and cross-functional department leadership. Jon also served as the Senior Sales Manager Key Accounts and Key Account Manager at Under Armour.

Before their time at Under Armour, Jon worked as the Merchandise Manager at Salomon and as an Assistant Merchandising Manager at adidas. Throughout their career, Jon has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive revenue, build efficiencies, and achieve strategic milestones within various industries and organizations.

Jon Irwin earned a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Ottawa between 1996 and 2000. In 2009, they obtained a Business Studies Certificate in Financial Management from Seneca College. In December 2020, Jon Irwin also became an Associate Member of CIM | Chartered Managers Canada.
