Lauren Hicks

Lauren Hicks has work experience starting from 2021. Lauren began their career as a Summer Engineering Intern at Elevate Systems, where they assisted with SolidWorks modeling and reverse engineering research and development for various projects, including the redesign of the chromium electroplating process for specific helicopter components. Following that, they worked as a Student Worker at Auburn University, where they acted as the face of the School of Engineering, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing assistance at the Brown-Kopel help desk. Their responsibilities included monitoring study rooms, setting up events, and addressing inquiries about campus events. Currently, Lauren is employed at YETI as a Design Engineer I, starting in 2022.

Lauren Hicks earned their Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Auburn University, completing their education from 2018 to 2022.
