Macy Cosmas

Macy Cosmas has extensive experience in the field of learning and development. Macy currently works as a Learning & Development Manager at YETI since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Bazaarvoice as an Onboarding Program Manager from June 2022 to May 2023. From June 2017 to June 2022, they worked at Expedia Group as a Learning Experience Manager. Macy also worked at Insights as a Learning & Development Project Coordinator from October 2014 to July 2017. Before that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at The HT Group from April 2014 to October 2014. Macy also worked as an Account Manager at SHI International Corp. from May 2013 to April 2014. Macy's career began at Pure Austin Fitness, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from March 2009 to May 2013.

Macy Cosmas has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Texas State University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Austin Community College from 2006 to 2008, but they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time.

In terms of additional certifications, Macy obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Professional HR Development from Rice University in December 2013. Macy also acquired the "Insights Discovery Practitioner" and "Insights Deeper Discovery Practitioner" certifications from Insights in July 2015. Additionally, they obtained the certification of "Become an Instructional Designer" from LinkedIn in January 2021.
