Mike Schneider, CSCP, has a extensive work experience in operations, supply chain, and logistics. Their most recent position was as a Senior Manager of Operations at YETI since July 2022. Mike also held the role of Manager of Operations at YETI from September 2020 to July 2022. Prior to YETI, they worked at General Motors for several years holding various roles such as Senior Supervisor in Supply Chain, Connected Service Experience Project Planner, and Global Aftersales Supply Chain, Warehousing & Logistics Business Planner. Mike also served as a Chevrolet District Sales Manager and Service Development Manager at General Motors. Before joining General Motors, Mike had logistics and supply chain internships at Penske Logistics and Peckham, Inc. Additionally, they were an Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Detroit Catholic Central High School.

Mike Schneider, CSCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Detroit Catholic Central High School from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mike has also obtained the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS in April 2019.
