Ogonna Nwanyanwu

Ogonna Nwanyanwu currently serves as a Sr IT Change Specialist at YETI since February 2023, focusing on the assessment of proposed changes in ServiceNow and developing ITIL processes for implementing change. Previously, at Zoom as an IT Change and Release Manager, Ogonna provided guidelines for change management and collaborated with stakeholders to plan release schedules. At Texas Capital Bank, as a Senior IT Change Management Coordinator, a systematic approach to control the life cycle of IT changes was developed, while facilitating Change Authorization Board meetings. Early career experience includes roles at Stearns Lending as a Change Coordinator and VapeWild as a Jr Change Analyst, where skills in coaching, data transformation, and resistance management were honed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of North Texas, a diploma in Data Analytics from Colaberry School, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration.
