Rob Davison

Rob Davison has a strong background in learning and development, with experience in leadership positions at various companies. Rob currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at YETI, a role they began in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Learning and Development at Carenet Health from July 2022 to January 2023. From February 2021 to July 2022, they were the Director of Global Training and Quality at PayPal, and before that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Global Training and Quality from February 2012 to February 2021. Rob also has experience at AMD, where they worked as a Global Training Project Manager from September 2008 to February 2012. Rob'searly career began at Sprint, where they served in various training and development roles from June 2001 to August 2008.

Rob Davison has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
