Rolando Aguilera has a diverse and extensive work experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Rolando began their career as a Logistics Manager at Wal-Mart Distribution Center, where they worked with a team of 33 associates and was responsible for maintaining storage and replenishing merchandise. Rolando then moved on to become a Human Resource Manager at Wal-Mart Distribution Center 6050, where they managed the HR department and had overall responsibility for labor relations, recruitment, and personnel records maintenance.
