Steve Swindall

Steve Swindall has a diverse range of work experience in the sports industry. Steve began their career as a player for the Glasgow Warriors from 2004 to 2009. Steve then worked as a Rugby Development Officer for SRU/Clackmannshire Council from 2012 to 2014. During the same period, they also served as a National Pathway Coach and UKCC Coach Educator for the Scottish Rugby Union.

In 2017, Steve joined USA Rugby as a Rugby Development Officer for Texas. Steve was responsible for networking with schools, delivering presentations, negotiating program costs, and managing budgets. Steve successfully increased registered participation and trained new coaches during their tenure.

From 2014 to 2022, Steve worked as a Forwards & Defensive Coach for the Austin Blacks Rugby Club. Additionally, they had a role as an Account Executive at Insight from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they built relationships with IT professionals, provided IT solutions, and achieved multiple Director's Club awards.

Most recently, Steve joined YETI in 2022 as a Sports Marketing Specialist.

Steve Swindall attended Mearns Castle High School from 1995 to 2000, where they completed their High School degree. From 2013 to 2014, they also received education in Rugby Union from the Scottish Rugby Union.
