Steve Valadez

Steve Valadez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Steve has held positions in supply chain management, inventory control, and firearms training. Currently, they are a Sr. Manager at YETI, where they oversee the supply chain systems. Prior to that, they were a Manager of Global Inventory Control at the same company, responsible for maintaining accurate accounting of inventory and implementing procedures and reporting tools. Steve also has experience as an Owner and Lead Instructor at 1836 Firearms Training LLC, where they taught firearm safety and marksmanship. Additionally, they worked as a Firearms Instructor at Pistols and Pearls, focusing on teaching women's shooting club members. Steve has also held positions as an Inventory Manager at Active Power, a Project Manager at Xact Warehouse Solutions, and a Supply Chain Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at Pactiv, LLC. Steve served as a US Army Reserve Officer and as a US Army Officer, taking on leadership roles in training soldiers and overseeing maintenance operations.

Steve Valadez attended Texas A&M University from 1996 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including "How to Design and Deliver Training Programs" from LinkedIn in April 2023, "License to Carry Handgun Instructor" from the Texas Department of Public Safety in September 2014, "NRA Range Safety Officer" from the National Rifle Association in October 2013, and "NRA Instructor - Pistol" from the National Rifle Association in August 2013.
