Boris Slavov is an experienced professional in quality assurance and frontline competence, currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance and Frontline Competence Section at Yettel.Bulgaria since April 2022. Prior to this role, Boris held various positions at Telenor from November 2008 to April 2022, including Quality Assurance and Processes Expert, Quality Assurance and Training Expert, Call Centre Quality Assurance Representative, and Call Center Representative. Boris holds a degree from the Technical University of Sofia, completed between 2003 and 2011.
