Snezhana Yaneva has extensive experience in customer experience, pricing strategy, and marketing across various roles. Since April 2020, Snezhana has worked at Yettel.Bulgaria as a Customer Experience Expert, Pricing Strategy Manager, and Agile Project Manager specializing in customer lifecycle management. Concurrently, since February 2018, Snezhana has been involved in marketing and communications at Ratio.bg. Prior to these positions, Snezhana served as a Pricing Analyst and Product Marketing Specialist in consumer marketing at Telenor from July 2017 to April 2020.
