Vijay Poondy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vijay most recently served as the Managing Director at Yexle Limited starting in 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Client Services - EMEA at INCESSANT TECHNOLOGIES (UK) LIMITED from April 2014 to December 2019. In this role, they focused on building and strengthening customer engagements, particularly in the areas of business process management and digital transformation projects. Before that, they worked as a Platform Delivery Manager at Wipro Technologies from January 2012 to November 2013, where they successfully managed multiple programs for a large bank in the UK using Pega PRPC (BPM) technology. Vijay also has experience at Hexaware Technologies, where they worked as a Senior Consultant and Delivery Manager for BPM and ECM projects. Vijay was responsible for managing teams and delivering projects, particularly in the areas of Enterprise Content Management and BPM using tools like Oracle UCM and IBM Lombardi. Prior to Hexaware Technologies, Vijay worked as an IT Analyst at TCS and as a Senior Officer at COROMANDEL ENGG CO LTD - CHENNAI - INDIA.
Vijay Poondy obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Civil engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 1991 to 1995. Vijay also holds a certification in Certified Methodology Black Belt (CMBB) V6.1 from Pega Systems, obtained in 2013.
