Nicola McQuaid

Nicola McQuaid currently serves as a Partner on the Portfolio Team at YFM Equity Partners, a position held since April 2025. Previously, Nicola was with NorthEdge for nearly nine years, where roles included Director, Investment Director, and Investment Manager, focusing on lower mid-market buy-out and development capital transactions. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Development Director and Manager at JLA Group from January 2013 to August 2016, and as Assistant Director in Corporate Finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2002 to January 2013. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Leeds, completed in 2002, and attended Island School in Hong Kong from 1992 to 1996.
