Alina Hofmeister

Alina Hofmeister currently serves as Team Lead People & Culture Management at yfood Labs, a position held since May 2022, following roles as Senior People & Culture Manager, Senior HR Manager, and HR Manager. Prior to yfood Labs, Alina worked at Condé Nast Germany from January 2021 to May 2022 as HR Manager, and previously as HR Generalist and HR Admin Expert through HR factory GmbH. Experience includes HR Expert and Junior HR Expert roles at HR factory GmbH from August 2019 to September 2021. Alina's earlier career includes a brief association with BMW Group, which involved roles at the BMW Group Academy. Alina began in HR as a Werkstudent at BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH. Alina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre & Wirtschaftspsychologie from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, completed in 2019.
